Date: August 10th, 2013.
Ceremony: 5:15pm (the museum closes to the public at 5pm).
Cocktails and Appetizers: 5:45pm
Dinner:  6:45pm

Menu:
Dinner will begin with a mixed green salad, followed by your choice of entreé. All of the food being served will be vegetarian, so, if you are a meat lover, we recommend that you consume your daily meat quota before you come. 

Options:
1. Eggplant Parmesan -
A classic Italian baked eggplant Parmesan casserole with fried eggplant slices layered with Mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, and tomato sauce.

2. Risotto -
A wild mushroom risotto with shaved parmesan and truffle oil.
